In alignment with our mission statement, the following are practical, working definitions of the terms "inspirational," "thought-provoking," and "Christian" as they relate to all "mission-aligned" media produced, sponsored, or presented by Strong Tower.

• Inspirational applies to any media that uplifts the spirit, inspires one to achieve higher levels of positive creative expression, encourages one to excel beyond personal fears and limitations, or promotes the concept of being "more than a conqueror."
• Thought-provoking applies to any media that challenges the intellect, causes the mind to intelligently consider or explore new dimensions, shares critical insight or revelation, or appropriately encourages diversity of perspective.
• Christian applies to any media that expressly campaigns the gospel of salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ, the correctness of fundamental Christian doctrine, or the benefits of Christian living as its primary objective. Strong Tower places few limitations on how progressive or unorthodox a Christian campaign may be so long as it is an effective tool of ministry.

Strong Tower defines "inspiration," "thought-provocation," and "Christianity" as missions that reinforce the essential meaning and goals of one another. Therefore, when evaluating proposals for mission-alignment criteria, no interpretation of one mission as defined may conflict the goals of any other. Furthermore, all Strong Tower talent opportunities and grants will be given toward the prosperity of these missions. Strong Tower will also give special consideration to mission-aligned grant proposals that sponsor opportunities for new talents in the areas of performing arts, film arts, and creative/skilled writing.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit Strong Tower or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of Strong Tower so long as the link does not portray Strong Tower, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Strong Tower logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Strong Tower does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use Strong Tower only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Strong Tower and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for arrival of domestic shipments unless otherwise notified during your order process.

RETURN POLCY

If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling (including cost of packing and supplies).
The item must be returned in resalable condition and with all paperwork to ensure proper credit. Customers need to contact us before returning items to obtain a return authorization. If a return is done without any authorization or communication, we reserve the right to refuse it or send it back to the sender at the senders expense. Remember, communication is the best policy.

ITEMS DAMAGED OR LOST DURING SHIPPING

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please supply us with your order number, and the item description from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Strong Tower reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Strong Tower and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Strong Tower and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Strong Tower or its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply. Strong Tower has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Strong Tower takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
