COMMUNICATION IS KEY
Make sure that you communicate with us about your web project before you initiate payment. You may use the Web Design Request Form on our website or any other means of communication that we make available to you. After you let us know about your project, we will let you know how we can service your needs.
We will provide web design products and services in accordance with the product descriptions and prices on our website. However, depending on the scope and nature of your project, we reserve the right to change these. We also reserve the right to refuse your project at our discretion. If we evoke these rights, we will let you know before we being work on your project.
WHAT YOU PAY IS WHAT YOU SAY
You initiate our services by making a payment. We require 60% of the base web product price to begin working on your project. The remainder 40% will be due before we post your product to the internet or deliver it to you otherwise. All payments are non-refundable.
PRODUCT REVIEW AND COMPLETION
During our process, you will be given the opportunity to review our work and request necessary changes. Please allow 14 business days for the completion of any web product.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTENT
Strong Tower is responsible for providing the best we can in web design and functionality. However, for any web product, the customer is responsible for providing all textual content, images, and media (“content”) that the customer requires for the completion of their site. For e-commerce solutions, this includes product descriptions and pricing information, as well as merchant account information.
E-mail all content for your web project to webdesign@strongtowerpp.com. If your content is too large to be e-mailed, contact us for alternative options.
WEB HOSTING
Strong Tower does provide domain registration and web hosting services. While these are not included with our web design products, they may be added per request at additional costs.
